I will approach our work together following Bernard’s Discrimination Model of Supervision, which conceptualizes supervision as involving 3 primary roles for the supervisor (teacher, counselor, consultant) and 4 major areas of focus (counseling performance skills, cognitive counseling skills, self-awareness, and professional behaviors). Supervision will consist of weekly meetings of at least 60 minutes and include the review of digital audio files and occasional live observations. In addition, you will be expected to present cases during the weekly meetings.
Individual and Group Supervision
Individual Supervision (1 hour) with one supervisee: $75
Individual Supervision (1.5 hours) with 2 supervisees: $60/each
Group Supervision (2 hours) with 3-5 supervisees: $60/each
